IMPORTANT COMPANY POLICY

Due to the nature of the products, for hygiene reasons, we DO NOT accept returns.
Always be sure to check your order before placing it to avoid any mistakes, as we cannot accept returns for any mistake with colour or variant.
Orders will be fulfilled within 24 hours of receiving the order so that we can facilitate the fastest possible delivery times for our customers.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 2 HOURS of placing the order so we can stop the shipment. If you do not cancel within the 2 hours, you will have lost the chance to cancel you order.
Immediately after receiving your order, please check that you have received the correct product WITHOUT removing it from the plastic hygiene bag. If you find that it is not the product you ordered, please contact us immediately at hello@pathosplay.com so that we can
If your package was damaged during transit, you must take it up with the postal service. The details and tracking number will be provided to you upon purchase. We will always try to help you with any disputes or contacting the company if necessary.
All products undergo quality control before shipment therefore no defective product should ever leave the warehouse. In the rare event that your product doesn't work, please contact us immediately at hello@pathosplay.com so we can help resolve the issue (incase it simply requires some guidance with how to work the product). Once we have determined that the product is indeed defective, we will off you the chance to exchange the product for the same one or one of the same value.
